This will be the third season for the Ukrainian soprano Kseniya Bakhritdinova-Kravchuk at Opera på Skäret. In 2022 she sang Amelia in Un ballo in Maschera and in 2025 Liù in Turandot. A former soloist of the National Opera of Ukraine, she has sung roles such as Cio-Cio-San, Fiordiligi, and Mimì, and since autumn 2025 has been a soloist of the Lithuanian National Opera. She most recently made her debut at the Bayerische Staatsoper and has sung Tosca – concert, Aida, Senta, Elisabetta, Giorgetta, and Violetta, as well as Minnie in La fanciulla del West at Danish Opera Hedeland – a role for which she was awarded Singer of the Year 2024 by CPH Culture. She enjoys an active international career with leading orchestras, festivals, and artists including Riccardo Muti.
