Clarion Hotel Örebro – elegance, harmony and city life
Clarion Hotel Örebro is situated on Kungsgatan i Örebro, a busy street full of restaurants. There is a beautiful castle 300 metres from the hotel, and a short walk to the historic Wadköping. You can’t get more central than this.
The rooms are decorated in different styles, you get everything from classic elegance to bold modern style. With a combination of strong colours and various patterns we would like to create a luxurious, calm and harmonic environment. The hotel restaurant & bar is a popular hangout for both locals and hotel guests where they can enjoy good food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Åkerby herrgård – Historic surroundings with lake view
ÅKERBY HERRGÅRD is situated in the magical nature surroundings outside Nora, about an hour’s journey by car from Opera på Skäret. The hotel was built in the mid 19th century when the mining industry still characterized the area.
The hotel has a panoramic views of lake Fåsjön with bluish hills in the horizon and is an oasis in a manor setting. It is a popular hotel with a well-visited conference centre and restaurant. They offer rooms to a good standard, most of them with a view over the lake. In the main building you can relax in an old-fashioned living room. Restaurant Cupolen has panoramic views over lake Fåsjön and serve food cooked with love and with seasonal vegetables.

Grand Hotell Elektra – modern and pleasant in Ludvika
GRAND HOTELL ELEKTRA is the largest hotel in Ludvika. It is situated in the centre of town with walking distance to shops, shopping centres, train, and bus stations. Many of the rooms have a view over lake Väsman and are only a 10-minute walk from the marina. There are 103 modern rooms in the hotel, including rooms for disabled, family rooms and a suit. Some of the rooms also have a bathtub.
The hotel has a bar in the lobby area, a free to use gym and free wifi. It is a pet-friendly hotel and dogs are also welcome, and are given their own little bag of treats at check in. For those of you with electric cars, there are charge stations (type 2) for four cars. If you like to explore the surrounding area on the lovely cycle lanes, there are also bikes you can borrow.
Bångbro herrgård – intimate, cozy and personal
BÅNGBRO HERRGÅRD is a family-owned hotel with a genuine mansion atmosphere, and is located a mere fifteen minute car drive from Opera på Skäret. The manor house from 1850s has been renovated with great care and has for many years now welcomed both hotel- and dinner guests. In the month of August, the twelve tastefully decorated rooms are in frequent use by Opera på Skäret’s visitors. In the nearby town Kopparberg, you can enjoy nice walks in a picturesque environment with the typical red houses that are characteristic for this area, and also one of Sweden’s most beautiful churches.
