Friends of Opera på Skäret
Friends of Opera på Skäret is a non-profit association with the aim to support Opera på Skäret. The members give their support by paying the members fee, which financially supports the ongoing projects at Opera på Skäret.
Several members also take part in our summer productions as volunteers. As a member, you will receive a discount on tickets to all our opera performances and other events. To use the discount, tickets must be purchased at the box office, via tel. or email and state that you are a member.
A few examples of implemented efforts:
- Purchase of text machines for the opera salon
- Contribution to the renovation of the restaurant
- Purchase of sewing machines for the costume department
- Purchase of washing machines for the costume department
- Purchase of a grand piano for the Chamber stage
- Contribution to under floor heating in the orchestra pit
- Contribution to tent roofs in the catering area
- Contribution to the development of the parking area
