Samuel Skönberg studied piano at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. He has received several scholarships, including the Royal Swedish Academy of Music’s scholarship for piano accompaniment. Samuel performs with many of Sweden’s most renowned opera singers and moves effortlessly across all genres, from classical and opera to operetta and musical. For many years, he has been active as a pianist and repetiteur at most of Sweden’s opera houses, such as the Royal Swedish Opera, Folkoperan, Gothenburg Opera, Wermland Opera, and Norrlandsoperan.
