Before & After the Opera Performance
In the restaurant at Skäret, you can enjoy our Opera Buffet. The buffet is served both before and after the performance.
If you would like to dine from the Opera Buffet, we recommend purchasing it in advance. Advance bookings can be made up to 10 days before your visit. Drop-in seating is available subject to availability.

The restaurant is open from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Opera buffet
Upon arrival, you can choose from the following options, all of which are all included in the buffet:
Meat: Herb-baked Swedish corn chicken
Fish: Grilled salmon with dill and lemon
Vegetarian: Oven-roasted seasonal vegetables with truffle
The food is served with, among other things, summery herb-roasted potato salad, truffle cream, horseradish remoulade, and a large salad buffet. Meal drink, bread, butter, coffee, and dessert table are also included.
